Cash Due - Certification

Postby Milbyrne » Thu Jun 12, 2014 8:42 pm

I created acquisitions on my charge card and delivered cable transactions for/to some man I had been dating in contract he might spend me back...it is been weeks and he'sn't despite many guarantees to do this. Next thing...I am likely to document in small claims court. I've (many) e-mails by which I Have sent him. They're really comprehensive and can include spreadsheets of the purchase, day bought, product purchased and complete due. He's on (many) occasions responded via mail confirming he'll pay.yet by nowadays no cash continues to be obtained. You will find about 10 emails that we will soon be utilizing to document in small-claims court - his entrance he can pay. (1) May these recorded emails assist me? (2) I also provide texts where he recommends cost is likely to be delivered. May I utilize them aswell? Do I get yourself a hard-copy from my mobile supplier? Cheers for whatever you may do to steer me! Lynn

Both the emails and the text messages can be submitted as evidence in court and will probably help in proving that a payback agreement existed.I don't know how you would get copies of the text messages. Call the cellular provider and ask.
