Illinois Mobile Home/rv Landlord Tenant Laws "change Being Used"

Postby Dunham » Thu Jun 05, 2014 10:22 am

This really is for state-of Illinois-Mobile home - long haul RV room rental Had common contract with Cellular home/RV house owner that was said to be until 12/31/2009, stated house owner defaulted on notice consequently went into foreclosure and today reverted back again to unique vendor/house owner. This unique house owner arrived around to all or any room rental tons and passed out 30 notice of intention to end rental contract, that will be to become 11/30/2009. Discovered through rule administration having said that unique house owner is bull-dozing land, thus constituting "change being used" of land. Our issue being there's a "change useful" mentioned does not there need to be a 180-day written notice provided. Additionally if that not being the situation do not they've to provide a 90-day published notice to end without great cause. No body actually questioned what type of contract or rent anybody had or did not have. They simply arrived around using the authorities and passed out these updates that are not authorized by anybody. May they are doing this? any feedback would help.   Sunny1phx

Arizona Mobile Home/rv Landlord Tenant Laws "change In Use"

Postby Chandrak » Tue Jun 10, 2014 9:48 am

The Arizona Mobile Home Park Landlord Tenant law begins with 33-1401 at: http://www.azleg.state... 33-1476.01, 02, and April tackle terminations because of "change useful". There is only one issue. You create this is just a portable home/RV house. 33-1407 W states the law doesn't affect fun vehilces and areas 33-1476.01, 02, and April increase to visit trailers. If you have an RV with wheels along with a engine also it pushes in the future and never have to be towed, you then aren't eligible for the 180-day notice, or 90-day notice, or a lot of any notice, and also you do not obtain the separation payment. I do not believe that any notice is needed at-all because you can begin your engine and generate from the location. Consult a lawyer just in case there can be another thing that applies that I do not learn about.

Consider me to judge? I truly can not let you know whether to achieve that. I would search in my own pumps if it had been me. But I would not delay to obtain taken up to judge. I would function as one getting the unpleasant. I would even be publishing out copies of the legal procedures and moving them out to additional tenants who've produced houses and travel trailers. I would even be looking to get additional tenants to swimming cash to employ an attorney. There is huge dollars for the reason that move payment. Employ an attorney on your own and also you invest hundreds in advance. Find 50 individuals to processor in 100 each and also you've got 5,000 within the authorized account battle chest with power in figures. Also it may just have a few hundred each to create the landlord to his legs.

I agree with strength in numbers and a decent common warchest.

Simply to inform you, I don't reside in an RV I have a playground design journey trailer.  Cheers once more for the input.  If actually I actually do come under the cellular/rv work what could be my next thing to see this landlord that they're in breach of the act.  Do I remain past 11/30/2009 watch for them to consider me to courtroom?   Sunny1phx
