Received Poor Personal Check

Postby camdin90 » Tue Jun 17, 2014 8:06 am

I obtained a poor personal check from the former pal. It had been your final payback for exactly what he owed me for assisting him out while his dad was sick. The check returned, he shut his consideration. He's yet to pay for me a cent or has created any work to to keep in touch with me about this. I've no recipts or paper-work besides a duplicate of the negative check. So what can I actually do?

Recieved Bad Personal Check

A duplicate of the check is whatever you need.Make certain you follow all of the guidelines and methods in seeking it.CA also offers legal fines for bad checks. Contemplate switching him into the regulators. Being the topic of legal justice could get you-your cash much faster than the usual municipal action.

No body cares what the money was used for. That has nothing to do with repaying the loan.

Pursue both civil and criminal issues for a bad check--which is exactly what it is--and don't hesitate to get it done. .

Recieved Bad Personal Check

Today to include even more 'integrity' in to the scenerio, imagine if a number of this cash perhaps included an illegal purchase. To not implicate something since i noticed this tale from the 'buddy', but he might purchased a few of the cash to perhaps purchase pot to assist"father's" cancer?his dad didn't obtain a medical card, he's handed today, but might they implicate something illegitimate on me?
