conservatives always talking about how liberals want to pamper criminals and they got this Sheriff Joe guy in Maricopa County costing the country billions in humans rights laws suits, and he claims to run the toughest prison in the country where everyone lives outside in the hot sun day and night and they've got chain gangs still. Yet it has one of the highest crime rates in the country?

It's directly correlated to the influx of illegal immigrants. Have you been asleep for the past decade?

One is not related to the other. You have no causation but use it to rant. You must be a left wing loon.

So... then... you don't want to see the shooter go to prison or something? I'm sorry, I don't quite get your premise here.

If you're talking about deterrence and prevention, liberal positions like "Society created this guy" are preventing that deterrence and prevention from taking place.

Really in Chicago one night on the street. and that town is not run by conservatives is it.
At least 10 people were killed, including a 6-year-old girl, in shootings over the weekend in Chicago.
The slain were among at least 49 people wounded in shootings from 5 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Monday, according to information compiled by the Chicago Tribune. Those conservatives must be very nice compared to the union run, liberal controlled town of Chicago a place where you can not even own a gun. Man you got a point there.

To intimate Sheriff Joe is somehow responsible for, or should have prevented this tragedy, is ludicrous, a pathetic liberal attempt to skew facts. What you get when you have the toughest prison in the country is criminals very reluctant to return to incarceration. Liberal locations routinely provide 3 hots and a cot to coddled criminals, often times a welcome rest for them from street life. Tragic as this incident is, one has only to look at a weekend in Chicago for more shootings on a routine basis. One of the highest city crime rates in the country? Not hardly. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_cities_by_crime_rate
