Arizona Fair Housing Laws?

Is anyone familiar with fair housing laws in regards to apartment rentals? If a entity offers apartments for rents and they include certain utilities. Are they bound by law to provide a certain standard of the services they offer, or can they offer crap with issues all the time and get away with it? They won't allow me to get these services (such as internet) myself, I have to use what they provide. However, this service is problematic and they never seem to fix it.

Other than basic utilities like electric, water, or gas that involve a safety issue there are no standard minimum service. This means if things like cable, phone, or internet are included, they can be any quality. If you are having problems, either get your own service subscription or contact the internet provider about why the problems keep reoccurring.

They offer what they offer. If it doesn't work well, you need to deal with the provider, as that is who provides the service. The apartment complex can't fix the internet....

It depends on what you agreed to when you signed the lease. Fair housing laws do NOT address internet access.
