Black Law Book "sacred sites" How would the U.S. like it if the natives went to their cemeteries and start digging, building roads, resorts and homes, do you think that would be legal? F. James

If the ancient cemeteries are in use and maintained, no one should be disturbing them.  The question is what to do when an old bone is discovered while preparing a housing site or a shopping center.  In Santa Cruz CA they recently found what they think are 6000 year old bones. http://www.santacruzsentinel.com/ci_18681267

Well, I am Indian, therefore it is been a little of the sensitive topic. Nevertheless, the majority of US have an interest within our background, therefore archaeology is helpful by doing so. And also the last handful of years, galleries and such have created an attempt to come back holy items and also the stays of the useless to us. Those that do the damage would be the container seekers who take items and disrupt systems only for revenue. They ruin and break holy sites because they have no regard, simply to allow them to promote items. The colleges and archaeologists and galleries have an interest in understanding and also have regard for the background and tradition. We-don't hold grudges, the majority of US. We have understood the genuine actions, because they've transformed and attempted to complete the best thing. We will never eliminate the poachers and thieves who've no recognition and proceed to rape our background and culture.
