Breach Of Family Settlement

My father died in 1999. The family property which is a plantation land in India was divided. The land consisted of three parts. One of the parts I bought it with my own effort(I have proof of work and money investment from my account solely). The second part was bought under my mom's name(though with my money). The last part was bought by my late father. The family settlement was done in a way that they declined to accept that the first part was my own acquired property. Nevertheless I succumbed and paid three times above the market rate for everyone's part for all three parts and bought the property in 2004(I made proper legal documentation for the family settlements which includes that they received all money in full and free themselves from any claim and also the settlement with my mother was made as myself buying the property). Now after 5 years my sister is suing me claiming that there was no whatsoever settlement and that she wants her whole share in all properties which includes the plantation(now as the price of the land has rose sky high). She has even taken a stay order for the plantation suppressing me from selling/leasing the land. Can you guide me as to the type of actions that I can take to counter sue her including all types of damages and criminal procedures.
