I purchased from the private person a significant number of second hand books which were already-packed in several containers. It was difficult to determine the sum total worth of the books without taking a look at them separately, which was improper for numerous reasons (a couple of containers were exposed to test the lot). The vendor didn't have an in depth listing of the publications, just their rough whole quantity. He offered me a vague and general explanation of the containers' contents. I was hence purchasing blind.I made an offer which was accepted and purchased the books. Today, after looking at all of the real books, I regret my purchase (by way of a stroke of misfortune, the containers opened at random were individuals with the very best books in the lot and not representative of the remainder). I contacted the vendor who's not responsive to rescheduling the purchase and returning my profit exchange for what were his publications. Will there be any buyer's remorse regulation that pertains to this type of situation: may I officially insist on returning the books and getting my money-back?
