I work for a trucking co. in california, i was hired and live in california, can my employer legally enroll me in a workers compensation insurance in arizona?.......please help?

Yes. He must have insurance. He's not told where he must buy it.

You don't get "enrolled" in workers comp. Your employer buys it, and it AUTOMATICALLY covers all his employees.

If the employer is BASED in Arizona, then they can buy an AZ workers comp policy with a CA endorsement on it, which would cover you.

CA is an "option" state - and the option is up to the employer, if they buy into the state coverage, or buy private coverage. Not the employee.
