Can my wife get half of home in divorce if it was given to me by grandmother and put in my name after marriage?

married 8 21 08 been on ssdi for personal work related injury wife didnt tell me she was mentally ill just deppresed or that she owed 30,000 in child arrears now she got awarded ssi for illness and left home with her back pay and wants me to sell home to pay off her felony probation failer to pay support. my grandmother bought home with check for 28,000 and i gave her back 10,000 with personal injury award money can my wife take half of home or even touch it,live in ohio deed says me a married man

Well I don't know about Ohio but in GA, everything that you attained in marriage is fair game. You said she gave it to you after you guys got married, so I would say she absolutely has legal rights to it. However, with your disability and her legal problems that might pose as a problem for her to make any claims to it. I'm sure there is a state website you can go on to get your rights.

My guess is that she can take half of the property, especially since you said that you got it after you were married. You should probably contact a lawyer.
