Can someone please clarify the types of corporate lawyers that do not use a courtroom?

I am interested in Corporate Law; however, I have no real knowledge of what the possible career options are being that I am more focused on my undergraduate degree in business. I am interested in PR. I would love to work with or in other countries as well.
