Could there be some type of class action lawsuit for the robbery of our social security and tax dollars?

No. There's no "mismanaging" going on. Everything they do with the money falls under their responsibility as outlined in the constitution and many other subsequent interpretations of it in court. There would be no legal grounds to say they "mismanaged" anything.

Of course not.

Mismanaging taxpayers money is what government does best.
