Can you file a class action lawsuit for over working?

Postby lundie » Fri Jun 22, 1979 10:49 pm

I'm curious, i've been scheduled 2 back to back 12 hours shifts and had to stay at work for a meeting allowing me no sleep in 2 days because i've worked 28 hours in 2 days, not too mention it's an hour and fifteen minute drive. Do I have a case?
