Can you recommend a Legal Malpractice lawyer?

My family, is in need of a lawyer, to help us receive justice for our lovedone, who's being ABUSED, in a mental hospital. He has also been raped, but a reporter I spoke to, don't want to believe it. I informed him that I have medical records, proving that he was treated for rape and that he knows who the guards are, who did it, but he isn't interested in listening. He thinks it's impossible, because he's tall. I tried to explain to him, that he was attacked by 4-5 guards and put in restraints, but he keeps going against this truth.
I offered to send him just enough proof, but he replied that he couldn't help us, because he needed ALL of his medicaal records. I told him no, I can't turn over all of his records to him and he refuse to help any further.
Can you help?

why do you need a lawyer or a reporter?
if you have evidence that a crime has taken place take it to the police.......
