Cancellation Of Timeshare Contract

We are from Canada and just bought a timeshare in Las Vegas from Westgate two days ago. After doing more research on this company and their properties, the information given by the sale person is not accurate.  Now we want to cancel our contract.  Is it a grace period to revoke a timeshare contract in the State of Nevada,(Westgate headquarter is located in State of Florida)?  What can we do to get back our down payment?  Your answer is highly appreciated.

The state of Nevada has a 5 day rescission period in which you may cancel your timeshare. You will need to postmark and send written notice within the five day period to the address listed on your contract.  Please be sure to send the notice certified mail, return receipt.  By law Westgate is required to return your full deposit.
