Hello I full 7 years right after my bankruptsy.I file chapter 7 in 1989 and I was discharged.How can I have the bankruptsy records removed from the bankruptsy files.

If you mean from the court records, you can not. They remain there forever.If you mena from your credit reports, I believe the entry must have dropped off following ten years.Not sure specifically what you are asking.

Beloved Port what Im attempting to say is that I understand is ten years of waiting to clear my bankrupsty in the credit history. But may I get a lawyer to clear my bankrupsty sooner than 10 yaers.?Is been 7 years previously today since I was discharged.My credit has been excellent since then.ThanksAngel
