Clear title to a house?

My dad has been divorced for 30 yrs; the ex wife passed away about 6 yrs ago. Her immediate family is deceased. UNABLE to obtain death certificate or any information on her by state law. How does he get her removed from the title on the HOUSE.

If he were granted the house in the divorce he should have retitled it long ago. Since your facts presented don't give me a clear picture he REALLY needs to speak to an attorney. He may need to sue her estate.

she is dead. he doesn't have to remove her.

i can't understand why your dad would think he was entitled to the home she had if they were divorced.
