Closed workers compensation case?

l have a case in 2007,from that day l been have medical services when l needed,(facet injections)to my back,which is painful,l still have discomfort,want to know if l can closed my case and for how much,another point is l never stop working,even with pain l always was working because i have family to feed,thank you

If your doctor says you have reached maximum medical improvement you can apply for a permanency hearing with the workers comp board, but do not expect any major payout.
