What is the average cost of filing bankruptcy, we would be filing in KY.

In Australia, filing for bankruptcy it cost about 395$. Probably in NY it raise in 300 - 400$ I'm not so sure.

If you mean including legal fees, your best bet is to contact local lawyers and see what they charge. It will also vary depending upon whether you file under Chapter 7 or Chapter 13.
