Criminal case of sex solicitation and give minor alcohol?

I know a criminal case of sex solicitation and give/ sell alcohol to minor, does anyone know how to defend this charge. I will tell a story like this: I have a friend, his uncle in law gave him the house key to take care of the house while the uncle out of the town. The uncle in law has a daughter 20 years old, born in 02/14/1991 lived with him and just moved out a couple weeks ago. She said she doesn't have a job and my friend offer her an online talent job, because this girl has talent in music and music instrument. My friend made an appointment to see her at her father's house to give her the job application form and by the time want to return the key to her. Because in the uncle in law house has some kind of drinks like cocktail or low alcohol, this girl under 21years ole, but I know she drinks alcohol sometime. They just have a sip of drink and talk about the form. In the form, they want the candidate to measure the weight and tall, and they also want to send some photos of the candidate. So my friend help her to take some photos, and measure her size. My friend don't know what happened or misunderstood, the girl took off her cloth in front of him. And you guys know a man in front of a naked woman, who can control themselves. But my friend controlled himself but he just talk something stupid like if you take nude pictures they can pay you more, and she agreed with it, let him take nude pics. And then my friend couldn't control himself and he start taking off his cloth said if you act out they will give you more, my friend didn't mention about offering her money, just make up story about the job requirement, and the girl said No No No, I can't do it with you. My friend just stopped and didn't do anything to force her or hurt her. Before my friend left the house, she told my friend to send her nude pictures so she can show her boyfriend. By my friend on the way to go home, he deleted all the pictures, because he knew it was wrong. Now the girl go to the court sue him for sex solicitation and give/sell alcohol to minor. I believed my friend didn't do anything to hurt her, just ask her and she disagreed. I think the thing is she afraid of him send her nude pictures everywhere, but all the pictures was deleted for sure. and she didnt have any evidence. I have some evidence from her text messages that she sent to me a day after that, she told me about what happened, she said no money involved and she said she let him take nude pictures because she want to help him to make money, does anyone know any similar situation like this, She didn't tell court that she naked in front of him at first, now she want to blame everything on him. If he raped her, she can have DNA check, or she got injured, or some evidence like text messages to offer money, but she didn't have any of those evidence. And I have evident she said on my phone that no money involved. What can I do to help my friend now?
