Destroyed House

Destroyed House

Postby koltin » Tue Dec 17, 2013 3:28 pm

My question needs a connection in the state of: Connecticut. I broke up with my girlfriend a while ago, I have been attempting to recover my home that I left at her apartment. The worth of the merchandise would be someplace amongst $500-1000. She has routinely refused to return my house. Regrettably there have been many overall health-associated and private troubles on her element to have delayed this procedure, I have nonetheless asked lately for the products and she has informed me that she threw out all my residence and refuses to reimburse me for the worth of the items. What legal recourse do I have?

The home itself wasn't ruined in the accident, but my ex since she was seriously hurt in the accident didn't feel the possessions which were active in the accident, she simply directed her sweetheart to toss anything out (take pictures). There was funds currently where she was paid for that accident.
