Doctors office room management help?

I work at a Dr office and the Doctors is always asking which room to go to next. I was wandering if anyone would know of a way to solve my problem. I would like a program that I could install on all of the computers in the rooms and on mine out in the nurses station. When the CNAs bring a patient in a room they could enter that the patent is in the room. The information that i would like to be entered would be. Name, Time of appointment, and what room they are in. on the program on my computer all the rooms would show up in a list and in the order of times they arrived. then i could just look at my list and tell the Dr were to go. Dose any one have any ideas on what to do?
