Does anyone know of a class action lawsuit against Everest College in Illinois?

My daughter has had nothing but problems with this school. They have promised tons and delivered nothing. She did her externship, she was very good worker. Now everest sends her to other places that assume she is working on a trial bases with no pay. Of course they don't tell her that until the day before pay day. What a scam. The School and the employers are up to some illegal business looks like.
