Embezzlement Cost Delayed, Eradicated, However Now I've Another Cost

Postby Eran » Sun Feb 16, 2014 5:20 am

My issue requires legal legislation for that state-of: okay
I'd an incident where I pleaded and got delayed word, then was eradicated. I've a new situation imminent, and am thinking if the previous charge will be properly used against me, or if this new charge will be viewed my 2nd crime. Can this really make a difference in my own chance of providing jail-time? Often, they need restitution and my lawyer claims that with jail time it'll take longer in order for them to obtain cash, she he's considering no jail time, but being my 2nd crime, only desired to see everything you believe...cheers

Embezzlement Charge Deferred, Expunged, But Now I Have Another Charge

Postby Dallas » Wed Mar 12, 2014 9:31 pm

You will find two kinds of expungement in Oklahoma, Title 22 O.S. §991c that allows for the expungement of the plea of guilt or no-contest following the successful conclusion of the deferred sentence, and Subject 22 O.S. §§18 and 19 and offers the expungement of arrest records, including arrests included in the criminal history records in the OSBI. The very first kind of expungement doesn't influence your OSBI report.
Speak to your attorney concerning the kind of expungement you obtained, and how it'll connect into your brand-new charge.
