Enforcing Our Visitation Times

Enforcing Our Visitation Times

Postby Brantley » Fri Feb 07, 2014 8:02 pm

My issue requires a young child custody situation in the State-Of: Florida. On June 30 my ex and I visited court we decided that for the time being till my child turns 3 that I might have her on sitting from 2-6. Today she's confronted me that I'm never gonna see her again not really on my visitation times. Will there be something I will do?

May be the visitation schedule entered into an order? Or even, obtain the for the surfaces and obtain a court-ordered visitation plan. If it had been court ordered and she will not comply with the order, record a motion requesting the court to locate her in contempt and to order her to comply with the visitation order.

Furthermore, if it's not court ordered, you may want to examine into what the standard is for your court for young children... You probably could easily get additional time if you allow the judge choose. It'd be worth examining into.<br />

Yes the visitation time is court-ordered. We decided that it'd be best for my child to have confident with me than I will have more times and hours. But at this price and my ex always behaving like this when issues do not always get her way. I do not know if that'll actually occurred. Additionally after couple of years two nights before she'd the nerve to inform me that my child mightn't be mine.
