Extradition question...?

Ok so i was watching white collar last night and i saw something that i cant stop thinking about. What would happen if an American criminal fled to a country without extradition and a FBI agent (without getting caught) went to that country, kidnapped the criminal and brought him to america. Would the FBI agent get arrested in america for breaking a law in a country without extradition? could the criminal still be prosecuted in america?
