So what can I anticipate, so what can I actually do or what're my choices?<br />

In La, Florida I had been released a quotation to get a moving abuse (illegitimate change)<br />
From the LA county sheriff. A few months later the courtroom nevertheless does not have any report of my quotation (solution).<br />

Check out the law for a statute of limitations.
The one you referenced is for people being "held" -- aka incarcerated.
In New York the SoL is one year for most traffic tickets.
