It should be on record at a court house--call about it there.

Is he a young man or old or...? 2009 was 3 years ago. He might have made a mistake ONCE that he'd never made again. How many healthy babies has he delivered since?

My sister hated my OBGYN when she went to him, but I just love him! He's great and is everything I want in a doctor.

Just curious as to why you need a c-section? If you where told by this clinic that you need one and they already sound iffy I would get a second opinion. Some places give so many non needed c-sections because they gain more income and are fast.

I would be running in the other direction and find another practice. It's never too late to change your mind on who is your doctor. I went with a mid wife when I was 7 months pregnant, because my 2nd pregnancy was horrific, and the lady almost gave me a c-section but I refused and pushed against her will. My baby was born just fine, I was left with a screwed up back from an epidural gone wrong.
