How Can I Obtain Samples To Give Away At A Conference,gift Bag,for A Non Profit Group That Searches For Missing People

We are a non profit group,that aids in search and rescue for missing folks. Based out of NC. we also help in other states when needed. When a year we have a conference, folks from everywhere come. It teaches tactics on search and rescue, water,land,and any updated strategies. There are speakers from law enforecement and other agencies. It is mainly educational. Because it is non profit,it is not funded by any sources. The president has been on Larry King and Individuals magazine. Any a single can attend this conference, but mostly individuals that are involved in this type of organization attends, it is 3 days.This year I am in charge of creating up present bags for every single person. We like to give them anything to take house with them. example, small note pads,flashlights,rulers,sanitizers,gift certificates to a resturant,maps,highlighters,aspirin,bandaids,sunglasses, something is accepted, that is helpful.With current kids missing as properly as adults, this is such an crucial event,

I have a few suggestions Key chain, with the organization's name that you work for and on it the phone number and a saying such as "bring them back safely". Many major pharmaceutical houses have loads of stuff like you're talking about - coffee mugs, pens, pencils, notepads(sticky kind and nonsticky kind), flashlights, clipboards, highlighters, sanitizers, and probably even band-aids on which is imprinted the names of various pharmaceutical agents.  Many of these companies are now observing a "no gifting" rule, and so their representatives in the field have a plethora of this kind of thing to give away.   So, my suggestion is to call your doctor's office and ask the name of their pharmaceutical representatives.  Explain why you want their names and phone numbers and give them a call.  You may need to leave a voice mail message(they're busy), but you'll likely get a few returned calls with offers of all kinds of promotional materials.  Some of them even have size-appropriate plastic bags in which to put the items.  I'd try that first.
