Hello. I have just gotten married to my partner of 3 years. We live together in California. He is here going to school on an f1 visa (expires in 2014) and I was born here in California. After endless hours of research about adjustment of status I am in hopes that you could give me some answers and advice.

Could you please tell me what steps we need to take?

What is the proper paperwork we need to fill out for him being here on f1 visa?

How soon would he be able to work after we send our paperwork/fees in?

What are the chances he will be denied?
