According to the state of Florida's "Agency for Workforce Innovation" (which seems to be the equivalent of the Department of Labor), the minimum wage in Florida is $6.40 per hour.

I'm not sure what you want to know about workers' compensation, but the second link below is for the Florida government agency that handles this. The last link is the actual state law that covers workers' compensation.
