How Is The Traffic Where You Live?

It blows I live in the DC area.  DC is usually rated around third-worst, after LA and New York. I avoid the Beltway at all costs.  I've been offered jobs that involve commuting on the Beltway and I just won't take them.  I see little traffic on my daily commute(except when they're doing construction, which is all too often) but on days when I have to take the Beltway I assume I'm going to spend much of my time at a dead stop.
