My husband sought the help of a personal trainer for physical therapy. He did not look @ her credentials just went by what she said, Now granted she never claimed to be a physical therapist, but could HELP him with therapy. Now he is claiming she hurt him & wants to sue both the gym & her for malpractice. I don't think he has a snowballs chance in hell of winning, considering we signed a liability clause when we jointed the gym. We also signed one when we bought training sessions with her. I have been training w/ her for months and have had excellent results... He claims she yelled at him and bad mouthed him, and as much as I should be backing up my husband, I do not see her doing this..She is stern, but not mean. And I have seen her with other clients..She is social with all gym members.. I don't foresee her doing something that could have harmed him by neglect. he has seen two different doctors and neither one can say for sure that she caused the pain.
