How Long Is Too Much Time?

Postby Lonell » Mon Apr 28, 2014 7:11 pm

My spouse & I were the subjects of an out-of-state car crash 12/23. I understand that practices have now been shut for Christmas, New Year's and breaks, but......we however have not heard in the "culpritis" (she accepted she was completely within the incorrect towards the responding official) insurance provider. We've attended IM, submitted the incident record, gotten an estimation, had an assessor from our inches. Denver. come consider the vehicle, observed our physician, and also have talked with this adjustor.So......how long is too much time?

Good.Once you've made your first contact with their insurance company feel free to post back here.I imagine you'll have more questions.Oh yeah, make sure you contact the local Police Dept where the accident occurred and get your own copy of the police report.

How Long Is Too Long?

"How long is too long?"I don't know. How long are you willing to sit back and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait?Stop waiting and call up the other driver's insurance company, get the claim number, an adjuster's name, and start talking about what they are going to do.They have thousands of claims. They are talking to the people that call and they aren't talking to the people that wait.
