Easiest way, hire an attorney. But it shouldn't be that hard to do it yourself There's a good discussion of this issue at this site:http://forum.fiance.com/forum2.asp?Main=ShowTopic&topicid=1818&page=1And several people there recommend getting a kit from this site and doing the work yourself:http://visajourney.com/forums/index.php?act=homeBut others recommend hiring an attorney(which you can also find at that site). That would definitely be the easiest way to do it, and the price of an attorney doesn't seem to be that high for this process. Here are a couple of the best comments made there:You can order a starter kit from them for 50 bucks which I did. It out lines everything that you need to get started. The site is free and they seem to have lawyers that will do the paperwork for you for about 450 dollars. You must understand that you and your girlfriend can jump through the correct hoops but that she can be rejected at the end. That would be the worst case for you but it is not impossible. ************************************************You can get a K-1 visa which will let your lady come to the U.S. for 90 days as your fiance. You must get married within 90 days or she will have to return to Moldava. After the marriage there are various stages of citizenship that she will go through each with its own forms and paperwork. Or, you can get married in her country, and then apply for a K-3 visa. This is a spouse visa, and allows your lady to come here as your wife. Generally, this takes longer to get than the K-1 visa, although times vary a lot. Depending on where you live in the country and which visa processing center you use the times will vary. There are current times posted on some government website somewhere. Do a google search and you'll find it.Most guys that have been through this would suggest the K-1. It is faster(4-8 months) and gives you an out if something goes wrong once she gets here...I am using a lawyer and am very satisfied. In fact, another forum member here recommended this firm. He claims a 100% approval rate and I have no reason to think that my K-1 petition won't be approved. However, others will say that anything a lawyer does you can do on your own, if you just fill out the paperwork carefully. I'm not that type of guy, so the $1500 that I'm paying the lawyer is worth it to me.The only possibility for a faster way to do this is the Direct Consular Filing(DCF). I don't know if this is possible in Moldava, although I don't recall seeing Moldava listed as one of the countries that allows this(Ukraine does allow it). A DCF will cut a few months off your visa waiting time. You should be able to find a list of DCF countries on some state department webpage. Other than that, I don't know of anybody to bribe or any shortcuts. I have seen stories of people that attempted shortcuts(student visa, work visa, etc...) and got caught by the INS and were then permanently denied entry to the country.************************************************You might also want to review the information here:http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=39c0194d3e88d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=4f719c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRDGood luck!!
