yes- am sure- also have over 12K in debt to IRS that have to make payments on, and have already accessed any reductions available re the medical debt. The various medical providers want minimum payments that are quadruple what I can pay. Between a very budget for daily living, IRS, child support and the medical providers wanting more than the $50/month I can send(to multiple bills) I am in a hole that I can't seem to dig out of

I f I remember right you have to wait 7years but I am not 100% sure Good luck you know there are charitable foundations that would help you with that Hospital bill The same thing happen to me and the hospital picked up the whole bill.   Why don't you call you Hospital and talk to some one in billing I am sure they can help..   Do you work ? well that won't matter much any way they will go by your in come...   good luck please let me know how you make out..     [email protected]     huggiebear.com 81 months ago Please sign in to give a compliment. Call a lawyer. You cannot file a seconf "7" within five years if you are speaking about chapter 7. You can do another Chapter 13 but not a 7.   Get professional help.(specifically - not in here.) Are you sure you have to file bankruptcy because of this? Most hospitals have free-care and/or discounts or payment plans for those without insurance(and more so if you are also at a specific income level).

You cannot file a seconf "7" within five years if you are speaking about chapter 7. You can do another Chapter 13 but not a 7.   Get professional help.(specifically - not in here.)
