I have 3 dui convictions in Oregon. the first two occurred when I was under 21, the 3rd five years later.?

My license has been revoked "permanently". I was reading the law and it states that the court shall revoke after the 3rd, as it is a felony. All three convictions were misdemeanors. I have nothing else on my driving or criminal record and there was no accident, speeding, or any other citations issued with the DUIs. Any thoughts about the permanence of my revocation?

Three DUI's in eight years is incredible. It means, based on the national average, that you have driven drunk over 100 times without getting caught. Revocation means just that. You will never drive again.
