I Need A Format For A Request Letter To Change Of Class Schedule

my class timings are evening but it doesnt suits me so i wish to request my university authorities to shift my timings to morning.............

Office of the Registrar College USA City, State 12345 RE: Change of class schedule Good Morning: I am writing to officially request a change of my class schedule. I am currently registered for Clay Modeling 101 at 6 pm on Tuesdays and Doll Hair Coloring 301 at 7:00 pm on Fridays. Since I registered, my life circumstance has changed and I am unable to attend these classes in the evening. With your permission, I would like to re-register, selecting the morning meetings of these classes. Please advise what action will be needed on my part to make this happen. Thank you for your consideration - this is very important to me as I do not want to miss a semester of my work at College USA.
