I need help with a car title.?

I live in Oklahoma. We have rental properties and we have had a vehicle left on one of the properties. We contacted the owner and had the VIN run it checks out and it is ours because it has been left over 30 days which is Oklahoma's law. I just don't know what to do to get the title in my name.

Go to your local court and have them do the paper work to have that vehicle transfered over to you.

Don't be too quick to say "it is ours". You local jurisdiction may have first "dibs" on the car. Regardless, you are going to have to ask that jurisdiction what to do to claim the car. Good luck.You may need lots of it. It is not easy taking a car like that.
