You make a link of his homepage or profile and send it all to [email protected]
Cloning is a violation category
First, learn the difference between "slander" and "libel" No one can slander you on YA, because slander is verbal, libel is printed slander. You have already violated a community guideline by calling out some body by posting the link to his profile.
Open another tab on your browser, then go to your Yahoo email. Click the Sen tab and Select New message from the drop down menu. Paste the hyperlink of the accounts profile into the message, then find a question or answer to a question from this account, and then copy the hyperlink to that question and copy it into the email message. The profile hyperlink and the hyperlinks to the question/answers are all that has to be in the message if you put something like Libel/harassment by a YA community member in the Subject line. There HAS to be some test in the Subject line for the email to be sent successfully.
Send the email to ONE AND ONLY ONE of the following email addresses. Do NOT copy the email to the other abuse team. The UK abuse team SPECIALIZES in a online abuse But I have gotten a LOT of help from abuse team 3^ for more than three years.

There is NO "e" in "answrs". Those are NOT typos. If you include the "e", you'll get MAILER DAEMON notice email very quickly.
Report, give the abuse team enough information (the hyperlinks) to track the activity of that account on YA, THEN MOVE ON and let the abuse teams do their jobs. If you have, Just emailing the abuse team and reporting the answers and questions that actually violate the community guidelines to Customer Care by using the "Report abuse" buttons. If and when the report abuse buttons don't work, you can still report to Customer care using this form:
OK, This is new:
