I was cited an unsafe lane change ticket and it ?

Was a non-collision accident. There was a witness however her testimonial is not given in the accident report. I am strongly considering fighting this as highway patrol did not see the incident and while changing lanes I wasn't speeding and I had my turn signal on. This would be my first ticket .. what are the chances of winning this and what happens after I plead not guilty to the ticket.

Please no vague answers

I'm guessing, to answer someone's question, that a non collission accident is when there is an accident with something besides another vehicle (like a tree or a wall, I'm guessing).

The witness should be brought to court with you. I don't see why she/he was not mentioned in your report.
