Last night my sister had this little party and it was just my family but then these other people came over. (2 guys and 1 girl). So whatever after few hours they left but one of the boys stayed. Well then everybody went to sleep and it was just my brother and one of the guys. Well then my brother brought me a beer (i'm NOT 21 but i have gotten drunk 2 times before). Well the beer tasted like **** and i only drank a little more than half and then dumped the rest out. Then the guy brought me another one which i did the same with and i might have drank a little more. But anyways after that my brother went to sleep and the guy was like ah it alright ill just play soccer with your sister. Well after that the guy brought me another beer and that one i finished. Then he got me a fourth beer ( i know i would've noticed what was going on but i'm stupid) and i didn't wanna finish it so i just threw it out after a few sips. Then my brother came out told me to go to sleep but i didn't listen he told me to go to sleep twice and i still DID NOT listen.Then the guy was like you ever kissed a guy and i was like no and he pulled me up and kissed me (and as im writing this i feel like puking the kiss was disgusting). Im pretty sure i was drunk because i would've never let that happen if i was sober. anyways as he was kissing me i was falling asleep and he started asking me questions i was to tired to say anything so i just said yes to whatever. Then he took me around the corner and kissed me some more and put his hands in my pants and stuff then we went back inside. I tried to play xbox but he kept on kissing me and he pulled me to the back of the house again to the garage. He started to put his fingers inside me it really hurt but i was half asleep. Then he said suck me and i did he sounded very aggressive so i just did what i was told and i also thought i was having a weird dream (because i had been watching a lot of law and order special victims ha ha yea i get dreams about it sometimes) but whatever then he began to touch me again and i was wet. whatever then we came inside the house and he started to kiss me AGAIN and by then i was about to pass out so i just got up and said i'm going to sleep and went to bed. In the middle of the night i woke up and started to gag and cry i felt disgusted with myself. I remember saying what did i do i ****** up and i just felt really sick to my stomach then my sister woke up and asked me to take her to the bathroom after i she went i went and noticed my underwear was bleeding my sister saw so i just said ah **** guess i'm on my period but i'm NOT so i'm pretty sure when he put his fingers in me he like popped my cherry i guess...yea. and that's when i got really disgusted and wanted to puke and cry and my mom woke up but i just couldn't tell her what had happened

The guy is 20 i am 13 and i told him i was 13 so its not like he didn't know
so was i molested or did i want that to happen now every time i think of it i wanna puke and cry?
By the way just incase this is important i haven't even liked a boy in almost 2 years. I like girls mostly sooo yea just in case you needed to know that

You should tell your parents. He should be arrested. He was trying to make you drunk so that you'll have sex with him. This is rape. You didn't want this. You were drunk so you couldn't do anything. If you weren't, would you have want this? No. Tell your parents or guardians.

Absolutely not you fault. Your judgment was deliberately clouded due him giving you alcohol. This predator is using your youth to influence your decision making. You have to talk to someone and report this mongrel.

If he's 20 and you're 13 it doesn't matter what you wanted or didn't want----it's rape. Call the cops, report him, get him sent to jail the way he deserves.

Second, he intentionally fed you alcohol so that you wouldn't resist----that's called date rape. It's also a crime. Again, CALL THE COPS.

Your orientation is irrelevant, but what he did to you is very definitively a form of sexual assault. Do NOT keep quiet about this, or he'll have the chance to do it to other girls. If you send him to jail, he'll get what he deserves for doing what he did to you.

Molested and probably drugged, too. At 13, whether you "wanted" it or not, even if you started it, it's still sexual assault, a felony, since legally you're not old enough to consent to any kind of sex play, and drunk or drugged makes it even more serious. Shame on your brother for giving you that first beer. Tell mom the truth.
