The new owner didn't just buy the property. He also bought the leases. He either has to honor the lease or compensate you. If he doesn't do either, sue him.

The new proprietor didn't just buy the residence. He also purchased the renting. He either has to respect the rental or make up you. If he doesn't do either, sue him.
