how do you report someone who has avoided wa sales tax by using a oregon license. she lived in or for 3 months over 5 years ago, but has never got a wa license. instead she shows retailers her oregon license and thus avoids paying any sales tax. oregon licenses are good for 8 years. she resides in whatcom county and never even visits oregon

Report her to the state(of Washington) revenue department.But let me ask - why are you doing this? What is your motivation? Is she undercutting you on price? Do you hate her? Is she your mother-in-law?
