In a workers compensation settlement?

If the insurance presented false information to mislead the court is the judgment illegal or does it remain valid? Can an insurance Lawyers knowing present false information to deceived the judge in a W.C.A. Hearing? State of New Mexico.

Lawyers are not allowed to present knowing false information in any court. To do so would get them disbarred. If you have evidence that one did so you should contact your lawyer.
