Is there a way to scan an online persons profile picture to determine if he is in fact a child molester?

Something is just not right about the person and i want to scan his picture and see if it comes up on a site like meganslaw or something.
I'm also thinking about showing his facebook profile to law enforcement to see if they can do something but i have a feeling the will do nothing about it.

No, you need more information that a picture. Many people look similar, and you really can't base such important assumptions on profile pictures, not to mention the fact that many people use images which are not themselves, as you can see....

I'm not aware of any sites that have facial recognition software. You need a name or an address to check the online sex offender file. You can try one of these if you know his name or know where he lives:
