Is This Going Against His Contract???

I needed to include something else.In the first bundle of paper-work, my companion got in mayon the underside of his agreement in STRIKING characters it states "a deep failing to come back a signed content of the agreement within 3 months make the agreement null and emptiness"which was dated may 16, 2008since the HQ is situated 4 hours from our house, my companion did not reach any office until mid-june, once they requested him to signal the agreement then.he scribbled anything, not his typical trademark. he does not understand what the day on that contract was...since to orginial wasn't authorized with-in the 3-week interval...and since it wasn't his typical trademark...can there be some type of loop-hole with that???
