2 yrs before, we offered an acre of our home. Unbeknown to us, the waterpipes to the home tell you this lot. Once the new home was develop, the plumbing and septic tank was included. At that time the Plumbing Contrator broke our waterpipe!Your predicament is really as follows: the contrator is prepared to repair the problem, if we pay him. If we utilize every other contrator but him, he'll not place a guarantee about the plumbling and septic tank of the brand new house.I sense, we're being blackmailed!!! So what can my spouse and that I do??

My husband fixed the water pipe.
We are going to sue the plumbler for the waterbill ($100+), my husbands time off work, materials and court costs.
Is there anything else we can sue him for?

"Your predicament is really as follows: the contrator is prepared to repair the problem, if we spend him."you should not need to pay him if he triggered this harm consequently of their own negligence."If we utilize every other contrator but him, he'll not place a warranty about the plumbling and septic tank of the brand new house."in the event you had an agreement that requires a guarantee, he then can't-get out-of that today. Or even, he then may situation providing a guarantee on something he wants.Iam not sure exactly what the importance is of the tube operating underneath the surrounding house. It generally does not be seemingly relevant.
