My dad is living here in Canada with me under super visa, he has a job offer(lmo labor class). So for him to apply work visa, does he have to go back to his country??? or could that be done living here in Canada.

Thanks for inquiry.

As per law, he has to apply outside Canada.

But we have seen people took a chance and got visa at border, which depends on visa officer's discretion as well as type of job etc. Please do consult with an immigration lawyer before you proceed.

P.S: Unfortunately, I am not allowed to give legal advice on this forum. Rest is quite clear that Canadian Law need visitors to apply for their work permits outside Canada but if someone entered Canada either on Student or Work Visa, then such application are allowed to submit an application within Canada.
