Medical Malpractice and lawsuit questions?

My question is i was on a penske moving truck and my right index middle and ring finger were all caught in the hydraulic lift on the truck they were all sewn back on but the something went wrong in my middle finger and they had to go back and cut up to my first knuckle off could this be malpractice and what can i sue penske for other than pain and suffering? and how should i go about doing this will they settle out of court or take it to trial

YOU hurt yourself...it's not Penske's fault. No big payday for you on this one. Unless you were suppose to be near the area of the lift...which seems unsafe for anyone.

Was the lift faulty? Did you use it correctly? Just because the truck was owned by penske does not necessarily mean they are liable. You would have to prove the answers to the questions posted.
As to having to go back and work on your finger again, that is not uncommon that more work would need to be done.
